How refunds work for beginners course bookings.
30-day money-back guarantee
You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund within 30 days of payment, for any reason. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or email us at the address below and we will arrange it on your behalf.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights. Where a refund is not available, we will always try to move you to a later course if space allows.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds on our behalf.
