1. About us

These terms govern your booking with Wimborne Boxing Club ("we", "us"), of Legg Lane, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 1LQ. By booking a course or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Our courses

We provide group boxing training sessions and courses. Class times, locations and content may change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material change. Spaces are limited and bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Eligibility and conduct

• You must be of an appropriate age for the course you book; bookings for under-18s require a parent or guardian.
• You must complete our health declaration form honestly before participating.
• You must follow coach instructions and behave safely and respectfully toward other attendees.
• You must not misuse the website, including unlawful use, attempts to gain unauthorised access, scraping, or interference with security.

4. Intellectual property

The website, logo, branding and content are owned by Wimborne Boxing Club or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Service availability

We do not guarantee that the website or our services will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw or amend any part of the service without notice.

6. Payment and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our specific refund window and process are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

Boxing training involves inherent physical risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course in question.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your booking and access to our services if you breach these terms, fail to pay, behave unsafely or disrespectfully, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a security risk.

9. Privacy

Personal data you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
